I’m an IFS-informed practitioner, a holistic coach and a pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist in training. I am Croatian living in Ireland. At the heart of my work is unshakable trust in the healing capacity at the core of each person and the transformative power of an authentic and supportive therapeutic relationship in facilitating the healing process.

Since my late teenage years I was strongly drawn to understanding  the mystery of human experience — why we suffer and how we heal. This curiosity took me on a spiritual and personal journey that  brought me into the exciting world of coaching and, eventually, psychotherapy.

I am currently in the final, clinical practice stage of my four-year psychotherapy training, leading to a MSc degree in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at IICP College in Dublin. Pluralism is a deeply respectful and collaborative approach to therapy that involves drawing from a variety of therapeutic ideas and techniques. My foundational psychotherapy education provided me with a depth of understanding by integrating some of the leading evidence-based therapies into a fundamentally humanistic, person-centred approach to therapy.

In addition to my formal education, my personal and professional journeys have been deeply shaped by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative and experiential healing modality, which I have thoroughly studied, practiced and assisted others in learning on the renowned IFSCA's training course.

In addition to IFS, I have strong inclination towards attachment, somatic and trauma work. I am a neuro-affirming practitioner with both personal and professional interest in and experience of ADHD and autism. I work in a relational way, bringing myself authentically into the therapeutic relationship and using the relational space for the purpose of deep exploration and growth.

My experience includes working with clients with a wide variety of presentations within the Sligo Community Counselling service and turn2me as well as offering IFS-informed therapy and coaching sessions privately. Over the past years, I have also provided emotional support to people in crisis and people with anxiety and depression as a Samaritan listening volunteer and Aware group facilitator.

I am a member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP) and abide by IACP's Code of Ethics. I also regularly engage in group and 1-to-1 supervision.
